      Our Leadership Team

      Managing Director 

      Tom Denomme is an experienced executive with more than thirty years of proven success. He has extensive experience managing finance, operations and technology areas, and in leading high-performing teams. 

      Instrumental in the deployment and implementation of improvement initiatives, Tom has also led strategic planning, development and restructuring efforts to decrease, avoid and prevent risks. 

      Tom held the roles of EVP Process Improvement, Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Dialog Direct, a division of Qualfon, from 2013 to 2017. He led the technology steering committee to support the new technology service offerings. By implementing six sigma methodologies, Tom also drove both efficiency and efficacy in the technology stacks. 

      Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts, with a major in Accounting, and an Executive MBA, both from Michigan State University.

      Agency Manager, Insurance Sales (Property & Casualty) 

      Graylon has a deep understanding of both insurance and marketing, with thirteen years of experience in the Insurance and Financial Services industries.  

      Graylon is a proven sales leader and knows the insurance industry from all angles having worked as an Agent, Sales and Marketing Manager and Agency Manager. He has been recognized as a superior agent by many insurance carriers and organizations throughout his career, including Auto Owners, Progressive, Berkley Southeast and Farm Bureau.

      Graylon has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. 

      Director, Licensing Insurance Services

      Bruce Micciulla is an experienced insurance leader with more than fifteen years of proven success. He has extensive experience managing operations and leading high-performing teams. 

      Bruce held the roles of Team Leader, Supervisor, Account Manager and VP of Strategic Account Management for Dialog Direct, a division of Qualfon, from 2007 to 2021. By implementing Six Sigma methodologies and triangular coaching, Bruce drove sales growth on several key accounts. 

      Bruce is licensed in all 50 states and is a member of several professional and charitable organizations, including the National Association of Professional Agents, the Knights of Columbus and the Christian Motorcyclists Association.
